GENERAL BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Bonus Terms and Conditions of Wild7.bet outline the availability and use of all promotions, bonuses, free spins, rewards, and loyalty incentives offered by Wild7.bet (“the Casino”) to registered individuals (“the Player”, “the Players”).

The General Bonus Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions. If there is anything not explicitly stated in the Bonus Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions prevail.

All bonus offers are protected by copyright. All promotional materials and resources, including but not limited to banners, texts, campaigns, loyalty programs, bonus mechanics, designs, and any other content or creative works, are the exclusive property of Wild7.bet. Any unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or presentation of such materials as one’s own constitutes a violation of applicable copyright laws.

Wild7.bet bonus promotions are available exclusively on Wild7.bet’s platform. Each bonus is issued for use solely within the Casino and is not transferable, exchangeable, or valid on any other platform, website, or service.

All bonuses are granted subject to specific Terms and Conditions that must be complied with. No bonus, regardless of the Player’s level or status, may be directly exchanged for real funds. Wagering requirements and additional conditions apply as outlined below, in the General Terms and Conditions, and in the applicable bonus-specific Terms and Conditions.

1. General Terms and Eligibility

1.1. Players are eligible to participate in bonus offers by accepting the dedicated Bonus and Terms and the General Bonus Terms and Conditions tied to them.

1.2. By claiming a bonus offer, you effectively accept its Terms and Conditions.

1.3. All bonus offers are strictly limited to one per person and household. This includes one per residential address, email address, telephone number, account, IP address, electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.), credit or debit card, e-wallet, bank account, or any other payment method that indicates multi-accounting. The list of parameters is an object of extension.

1.4. The Players are eligible to participate in bonus offers, unless a bonus is subject to country-specific restrictions and the player resides in a restricted territory.

1.5. Bonuses are not available to Players residing in following countries: Afghanistan, Aruba, Austria, Australia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Bonaire, Colombia, Cuba, Curacao, Cyprus, Crimea, Donetsk Peoples Republic (DNR), Luhansk Peoples Republic (LNR) regions of Ukraine, Democratic Republic of Congo, France and its independent territories, Germany, Guinea Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Liberia, Lithuania, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Netherlands, Nicaragua, North Korea, Ontario, Pakistan, Panama, Russian Federation, Rwanda, Saba, Singapore, Somalia, State of Palestine, Statia, St. Maarten, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, United States of America and its independent territories, United Kingdom, Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.

1.6. If the Player’s nationality is one of these blocked territories listed in 1.5. but the Player resides in a non-banned country, this will not affect them. Wild7.bet reserve the right to request documents such as Proof of Address to confirm the Player’s current residency. Failure to provide such documentation may result in winnings being forfeited.

1.7. Specific bonus offers may require KYC verification prior to claiming the offer. Wild7.bet reserves the right to request identification documents, proof of address documents, and other applicable documents in order to grant you the dedicated bonus.

1.8. All bonuses are added according to the UTC time zone.

1.9. Bonus offers cannot be combined. Only one bonus can be active at a time. 

1.10. The Player has the right to refuse any bonuses from the Casino.

1.11. The bonuses and promotions will be credited in the same currency as the deposit currency.

1.12. Two types of balances apply to Player accounts: a real-fund balance and a bonus-fund balance, as determined by the Casino’s internal logic. These balances are shown collectively as a single account balance.

2. Activation, Cancellation, Wagering & Contribution

2.1 A bonus may be activated by entering a valid bonus code or by opting in to a specific promotion offered on the Wild7.bet platform. Bonus activation is subject to eligibility criteria, availability, and compliance with the applicable promotion-specific Terms and Conditions. Wild7.bet reserves the right to approve, decline, or revoke any bonus where the conditions for activation are not met.

2.2 The Player starts the wagering with their real-money funds first. Once the real-money balance is depleted, the bonus funds are used. If the bonus balance also reaches zero, the bonus is marked as “Lost”, and the promotion ends.

2.3. Certain bonuses may apply a wagering mechanism whereby real funds and bonus funds are used in a 50/50 ratio from the start of the promotion.

2.4. Unless otherwise specified in the bonus-specific Terms and Conditions, all bonuses, and any winnings attached to either, where wagering requirements have not yet been met, must be wagered 35 times the bonus amount/free spins winnings amount, and are only valid for a maximum of 7 days from the moment the funds are credited to the account balance.

2.5. At the end of the bonus period (period outlined in the bonus-specific Terms and Conditions), if the bonus remains valid and the conditions of wagering are not met, all bonus money and winnings will be forfeited.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering the bonus. While 100% of the bet amount is counted when playing slots (certain games listed in excluded games lists), the contribution rates for other games are as follows:

2.6. 2.7. Unless otherwise specified in the bonus-specific Terms and Conditions, the maximum bet allowed to be placed while a bonus is in its active wagering requirement phase is 5 USD or equivalent in other available currencies. This includes any bet placed whilst the bonus wagering conditions have not yet been completed, and applies to all free bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins winnings and loyalty scheme bonuses. The maximum bet allowed whilst wagering towards an active bonus with cryptocurrency will be the equivalent of 5 USD at the exchange rate average on the day of the bets. The maximum bet limit includes bet doubling after a game round has been completed, as well as bonus rounds (purchased within the game). Failure to follow this condition may result in forfeiting the bonus and any winnings accumulated from the moment the bonus was activated.

2.8. The winnings obtained by using bonuses become available for withdrawal only after meeting the requirements of the specific wagering rules.

2.8. A Player is not permitted to request a withdrawal while a bonus is active. In order to request a withdrawal, the Player must first manually cancel the active bonus. Upon cancellation of the bonus, any winnings gained from the bonus will be forfeited, and only the remaining real-money balance, if any, will be available for withdrawal.

2.10. A Player has the right to cancel any bonus without completing its wagering requirements, provided that the Player’s real-money funds have not been used to place bets. In such cases, the Player’s own deposited funds will not be forfeited.

2.11. Where real funds are used for wagering during a bonus campaign, only the unused portion of such real funds, if any, will be returned to the Player’s real-fund balance

2.12. Following the cancellation of a bonus, standard Anti-Money Laundering (AML) wagering requirements apply. Real-money funds must be wagered at least once (1x) before a withdrawal request can be submitted.

2.13. Bonuses are automatically set to “Lost” if the bonus balance drops below 0.10 USD or equivalent in other available currencies.

3. Bonus Limits

3.1. If the Player has not previously made a deposit with Wild7.bet and receives a No Deposit Bonus or No Deposit Free Spins bonus, any winnings derived from such bonus shall be capped at a maximum of 200 USD or the equivalent amount in other available currencies, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Promotion Terms and Conditions.

3.2. If the Player has previously made a deposit with Wild7.bet, any winnings derived from a No Deposit Free Spins bonus shall be capped at a maximum of 200 USD or the equivalent amount in other available currencies, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Promotion Terms and Conditions.

3.3. If the Player has previously made a deposit with Wild7.bet, any winnings derived from a No Deposit Bonus other than Free Spins shall be capped at a maximum of 3,000 USD or the equivalent amount in other available currencies, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Promotion Terms and Conditions.

3.4. The maximum amount in cryptocurrencies will be based on the current exchange rate to USD at the time of the withdrawal request. Any winnings over this amount will be forfeited (inclusive of any amount generated through subsequent play with the redeemed bonus winnings).

3.5. Winnings eligibility criteria: Any winnings credited after the end of a bonus offer will be subject to the customer's account being active and free from any restrictions at the time of crediting. Any points accrued through bonus wagering that violates maximum bet limits or other Bonus Terms will be forfeited and not count towards the final winnings allocation.

4. Prohibited Gameplay

4.1. The Player is strictly prohibited from abusing bonus offers. In the event of bonus abuse, the Casino reserves the right to restrict the Player from receiving future bonuses and to cancel any winnings obtained through bonus funds, whether during wagering or after the wagering requirements have been completed.

4.2. The Player is not permitted to use strategies intended to exploit bonus mechanics or to artificially fulfil wagering requirements while playing with an active bonus. If the Casino has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player’s actions are primarily aimed at obtaining financial advantage through such exploitation, the Casino reserves the right to void any winnings derived from the bonus.

4.3. Bonus abuse may be determined based on betting behaviour, wagering patterns, game selection, timing, and the overall context of play. Such determination may be made using automated systems, manual review, or a combination of both.

4.4. Strategies that may be considered bonus abuse include, but are not limited to, the following:

a) Switching between games with different contribution rates to the wagering requirement, particularly where higher-contribution games are used selectively to complete wagering with reduced risk.

b) Using low-risk or variance-reducing betting systems (such as Martingale, D’Alembert, or similar strategies) designed to significantly minimise risk while completing wagering requirements.

c) Reducing the stake size by more than 80% or more, following a substantial win in order to complete wagering with minimal exposure.

d) Placing opposing or covering bets within the same game or across multiple outcomes (e.g. betting on red and black in Roulette) to hedge risk and ensure near risk-free wagering completion.

e) Exploiting in-game features or mechanics (including double-up or gamble features) to hedge bets or disproportionately benefit from bonus funds.

f) Consistently placing large wagers on high RTP (Return to Player) games with the intention of reducing the Casino’s statistical edge while fulfilling wagering requirements.

g) Manipulating bonus rounds, free spins, or feature triggers to generate winnings without proportionate wagering impact.

h) Displaying betting patterns that resemble automated, system-based, or non-random play intended to maximise bonus advantage.

i) Exploiting games with cycle-build or progression mechanics (including but not limited to Solar Queen, Buccaneer Royale, Take The Bank, or similar titles) to advance bonus stages unfairly.

4.5. The use of including, but not limited to “Bonus Buy”, “Feature Buy”, “Super Stake” options while wagering any bonus funds is strictly prohibited. If bonus funds are used to purchase a bonus round or feature, all winnings from that session shall be forfeited, and the Player’s account may be subject to bonus restrictions.

4.6. The use of bonus funds solely to progress bonus stages or game features, followed by completing the final stages with real funds after bonus funds have been lost, forfeited, or converted to cash, is prohibited. Any winnings obtained through such activity shall be forfeited.

4.7. In cases of confirmed bonus abuse, the Casino reserves the right to revoke any bonuses, void any winnings obtained through such abuse, and confiscate any balance that was wrongfully gained in violation of these rules.

5. Amendments & Governing Rules

5.1. Wild7.bet reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement these Bonus Terms and Conditions, or any promotion-specific Terms and Conditions, at any time and without prior notice. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the Wild7.bet website. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions regularly to stay informed of any changes. Continued participation in promotions after amendments have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

5.2. In case of any discrepancies, the English version of these Bonus Terms and Conditions takes precedence over all other versions.

5.3. All promotions are subject to the Casino’s final decision.

5.4. Wild7.bet reserves the right to withhold winnings from bonuses wagering if any terms have been violated.
